In many places around the world businesses are returning back to their regular operations.

Why is that? A recent Google Research during the month of April reveals that 52% of the people surveyed they said that they are intending to keep their “lockdown” habits and lifestyle.

1. Stay focused in the Social Media Platform your audience uses the most

Trying to catch up with every social media platform posting content just for the sake of it will leave you exhausted. You can’t keep up with everything.

Consumers need more accurate information before they open their wallets. If you feed your main social media account with helpful content, they are going to reward you with their money. It’s that simple but not that easy to apply.

As your business was closed for so long it is easy to fall in the trap the majority of your posts to be about sales, offers and promotions.


Tip: It’s expected from the consumer’s point of view to have some kind of special offers during the re-opening phase. Try to look the wider picture and keep a balance between helpful content and sales content.


3. Build Trust every time


If there is one thing you take from this article is this one. Building trust around your brand will reward you immensely. Every post you make, every advert, every piece of content must have as an end goal the building of trust towards your business.
